R pace is pretty much mile pace
I pace, roughly 5K pace
T pace, maybe between 10K pace and HMP?
10 miles done. Avg pace 8:15 including the w/u and c/d. First afternoon run in forever. Drivers be crazy.

Got another 3.1 miles in this afternoon, was hoping to hit the John James Audubon trails this evening but they close at 7 and I most likely won't be able to get there in time so I'll have to settle for either the Angel Mounds trails again (good news for the doggies) or the roads for another 3-4 miles.

Five miles down at Oprah/Marathon Pace -0:15. Ran in the heat of the day along the shade less beach to simulate race conditions.
