                I just finished Week 8 today.  Will go straight into OHR at the end of Week 9.


                Is it cheating to use my last c25k week as week 1 of OHR?

                  As a reminder for everyone, the form's located at http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?key=0AuN1qqHXoGYTcDJ0cS1uTXpPeVJrQ21UMmZNNjJtSHc&hl=en and doesn't automatically move you from week to week - you need to do that by going to the form and telling it what week you're on.

                      Hey Wingz...I'm having trouble updating my name on the graph.  I'm trying to update it for OHR week 5, but it's keeping me on week 4.  Any tips? Not like this is the most important thing.  ;-P

                        It looks googledocs decided to stop auto-publishing the sheet for some reason.  I re-checked the "automatically republish" button and it seems to be working again.  Thanks for letting me know!  It's done this another time on a different document for me, and I don't know why.

                            FINALLY, after 6 months of pregnant non running, and 6 months of post -preg not running i have the all clear from physio to start again so am starting couch to 5k this week! very excited!

                                If this forum is still active I would like to start the One Hour Runner program.  I completed the C25k 2 years ago and I have run three 10k runs already but I just want to stay motivated throughout the winter.  All my runs will be on the treadmill because of the weather and road conditions in northern WI.  Please add my name to the list and let me know what I have to do it get it updated.  Thanks.
