            58 years old, using Hanson's plan to train for an April marathon. My running has typically been undone by inconsistent training.

            Tuesday 6.3 including 12 x 400meters
            Wednesday rest day
            Thursday 6.5 including 5 @ mp
            Friday easy 5
            Saturday 11
            Sunday 7.5
            total 42.5
