178.3 miles for January for me. Not bad considering there's taper/recovery from a marathon in there! Finally back out in front of that 2,000 mile pace bunny! No PR's but some good runs in nice weather in Florida.
Meh. 91 for me...not an auspicious start. I did PR in a HM: 1:33:41. I've done several races at the Mohonk Preserve: it's beautiful there. A wonderful spot for a hilly run.
Thanks Wild Child! 233.9 miles for the month. 16 mile road race - 2:00:11 - a PR by over 4 minutes! Big grin

Geez Maine, round up why dontcha?! 234 miles for me this month - not too shabby. No PRs and I'm not training for anything, just base building and hopefully healing the knee.

                      Once a runner . . .

Thanks, 53 miles, but just for the last 2 weeks in Jan. I'm new here. Spareribs recommended I check you guys out. I'm 60. Is there a sub-group here for 60 and overs? Alex

No as the youngsters here need us older folk to keep them in check.

328 - a very solid month for me with a couple of great long runs. Ray
