We're half way through the month, so time to increase the challenge by adding between 5-10 more reps to each exercise!

I've not done these in a few days. I've had some pretty intense low back pain and every little movement seems to aggravate it. grrrrr. hate when my low back flares up and I can never really pinpoint a certain action that causes it.
That stinks, Tammy...hopefully your run, today, helped it.
I had a good night at the track with some intervals and came home and did 25 BSS on each leg.
