No Race

I paced a friend for 60+ miles of the Superior 100 mile trail race - ie I got to enjoy the joy of the race for free

Hit my biggest training week ever = 200 miles and tapered the 2nd half of the month for a race Oct 3

Drank 100+ drinks

Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

97.6 for me

838.9 YTD

This means I will almost definitely make my 1000 mile goal for the first time ever!

Also in Sept. I won AG in both a 5K and a 10K

1 five mile bridge race and 1 hilly 10k (no prs but won my AG in the 10k)

The best part is I'm entering October & marathon taper injury free

Sept: 121.2 (no PR on any front but 2nd completed marathon)

Sorry, I'm a little late, but Thanks for adding me in.

I thought I said that September was going to be better than August. I lied--32.1 miles. October has GOT to be better

Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.

Nono really cleaned up with two awards this month!
