78.6 miles for me.
After my stress fx/stress reaction - whatever it was - in april, the goal was slow and smart comeback. I'm hoping to be back up to 100+ next month.

90.9 which is a ridiculous number on which to end the month. I wanted to do another 1.1 yesterday evening, but with the colonoscopy prep and not having eaten food, it was best that it did not happen. Low for me due to the butt injury, but I'll take it!
Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth
134.3 for my 12th consecutive 100+ month.
Started running at age 60.

I had a pretty good month for May, all things considering. Continuing the slow and steady buildup. Hope to start finding some speed here eventually.
159.5 miles for me for May.
an amazing likeness
My apologies for being slow out of the gate as the calendar flipped to June. Thanks tom1961 for the assist.
April's summary is posted here.

Yikes- I feel like a slacker....After 170+ in March and April I only had 53.6 for May. Seemed to have lost some get up and go after April's marathon.
May running = 224 miles

148.8 with two races, both course PR's. The half in Albuquerque was about 2 min. 30 sec. faster than last time I ran it 3 years ago. My first Bolder Boulder 10k so automatic course PR! Next year will be harder but I will find a way to beat my time from this year.
