            Thanks Holy!  My schedule got all messed up, this week, because of the all day cross country meet last Saturday.  It's worth it, though.

              Sun 18.2 mi (2:36) outdoor track, 67F and sunshine!

              no real updates, except that I keep monitoring my left hamstring
