I did not have trouble adjusting DST this year.

Stick with DST.

 

I have been using yellow legal pads to take notes but by the end of the week I am buried under paper. I'll be taking notes on one project, then I get interruptions and start a new page for each one,

 

I'd struggle with keeping everything straight.
