Hi All,

It's been a few days since I popped in.  I didn't run either Mon or Tues because it was upper 90's. Normally, I would say I really need that heat training for the relay, but this year I'm in Van 1, which won't see a ton of heat if it ends up being a hot weekend.  But the rest of the week is low to mid 80's so that I'm running in. Went out for 4 yesterday and will run again after work.

So david tells me he has 15 days left of school. someone is getting anxious to finish up this tough year. Next years class schedule is going to be so easy for him, but after 3 yrs of taking lots of honors and AP classes, he needs a fun easy year. 

Today is my friday. off tomorrow for a 4 day weekend.
