9/3 Weight Thread (Read 378 times)

    I need to jump in here and get with the weight loss program.  I was down to 141, but the last month has me up to 146 again.  Nuts!    Sweets are my big problem.   I want to do an 8K atht ehend of this month , and a 5K at the end of Oct., and want to get off that stupid fat.
