Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
I'm trying another period of limited mileage to see if I can improve my knee situation. (Sigh) Extra rest day and more focus on dedicated exercises and stretching.

Coaching 4th and 5th grade boys baseball, of course! My son struck out 6 batters in his 2 innings. One of the other Dads is former major leaguer, and he said nice things about my son's pitching. Proud Daddy!
MTA: It wasn't running, but it got my heart rate up!
