        W - 1 mile swim

        Th - 6 miles running, tempoish treadmill workout

        F - 6 miles easy running on the treadmill

        Sa - 6 miles easy outside on the snowpack

        Su - 8 miles back on the treadmill

                Sat 7.2 mi (1:27) 17F, windy

                 

                Total: 51.5 miles

                 

                I did not want to do any more treadmill on Sat/Sun, but running outside was not particularly easy, so I did not get very far.
