12 miles for me this morning. Ran with a friend who is marathon training (but very behind her training plan!) and we had to take quite a few walk breaks because her low back kept tightening up on her. I tried to assure her it was fine - we were going at her pace not mine, but it did make for a difficult 12 miles. almost seemed harder to start running again after walking too long. But it was time on my feet if nothing else and that was good. I signed up for a HM in mid Sept so mileage wise I guess I can already handle it so now I'll just focus on more consistent pacing
