now that's motivation!!
i was 134 on thurs. but then today going in to my 3rd night shift in a row and not being able to do anything since power yoga on wed. i weighed 136 when i woke up this evening -- so frustrating........these long night shifts are sabotaging my weight loss even tho i feel like i'm doing ok with my food....ggrrrrrrrrr
