Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

The forecast is very sweet: 95F tomorrow and 95F on Tuesday!! Definitely looking towards running in 90 degree weather, it's the best training you can get. And a very pleasant experience just by itself. Already got some of that today. Yesterday was a bit cooler, in the low 80s I think.

OK, what else. Oh, fighting a terrible summer cold this week, the low point was around Tuesday or Wednesday. It's all that air conditioning in the office, it's just killing me. I wear a hoodie and everything, but it's still way too cold.
