Hello everybody!  I never got a chance to come in here until now...and after reading everything...I have no time to say anything.

Except...I ran to the middle school track to do my speed workout and there was a lacrosse game going on!  People had chairs sitting on the track and, since my workout did not include hurdles, I just did the best I could with running 6 half mile intervals down a paved trail instead.  I have a feeling my track is going to be busy all summer!
