Marathon Maniac #957
For those of you who are new, this is the 40/40 thread, for people who are over 40 years old who run 40 miles/week or more. We give Free Passes to those who come really close or try really hard...
I am on vacation this week, so can someone step in and do last week’s tally?
No plan this week, since we will be on vacation in Cancun.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
I would be glad to help out...

Thanks, HermosaBoy! Have a great vacation, Holly!
This week should look like this:
Easy recovery jog, 10:00 avg pace
I signed up for something called Pilates. But I'm hoping
they mean "Pie Lattés." MTA: Pilates instructor was a no-showfor my complimentary session ... maybe next week.
.
I'm cross-training until my foot heals up. Neuroma & PF. The weird thing is that I've had PF in the right foot twice but this time it's in the left foot, same as the neuroma.

Thanks, HB! Enjoy your vacation, Holly!

The team champs race was just brutal yesterday, with the hills, the heat and the humidity. It was super-competitive too, I was only 11th in my AG. Scored for my running club in three categories: all men, 40+ and 50+
