        Thanks Holly Mon - 7 miles 8:40 pace Tue - day off; got stuck at work Wed - 17 miles (AM: 13 including 8 x 800 at 3:20 avg with 200 jog...6 mile w/u, 2 mile c/d with strides; PM: 4 easy) Thu - 4 miles 8:47 avg Fri - 8 miles 8:30 pace Sat - 16 miles at 7:49...8:00 out and 7:37 coming back Sun - 9 miles including 5k in 19:38 Total Miles - 60
