Thanks Holy! Here's this week's plan...
1:06:39 -- Including 6 x 800's -- the goal was to do them between 3:05 and 3:10. They went: 3:04 - 3:01 - 2:58 - 2:58 - 2:57 - 2:54. And, except for the last one, they felt pretty comfortable.

I'm off of antibiotics for now, we'll see how that goes. The swelling around the ankles is reduced, but the pain in the shins is not completely gone, it comes back on downhills.
