As I've said before, Holly really shouldn't be exempt. Paralegals usually, as a group, are not exempt. I still think someone from that business needs to make a call to the DOL.

Nice day here but I didn't get out at all, not even for a walk at lunchtime. Taking this rest day thing seriously. It was probably a mistake to stay in because it's going to snow later and get cold later in the week (as in, below zero for highs). Missed a good opportunity for a nice break, oh well.
