Hi friends - been having trouble getting on here. Can see the posts, but when I try to reply I'm sometimes not able to type anything -- any suggestions??

Anyway, I pretty much did nothing after volunteering for the marathon last Monday except work and muddle through. Had a few days with bouts of vertigo - yuck!! Saturday we went to Maine  to open up our camper and get things ready for the official opening on May 1 - can't wait!!

Yesterday spin class (butt in the seat the whole time), followed by the first 1/2 of barre class for upper body strength and core. I spoke with the instructor before class and she was cool with me leaving when they hit the barre for squats and lower body work which I can't do yet.

Took my mom to Mass Eye and Ear for cataract surgery scheduled for 3:30 - well somehow she never heard the message not to eat 8 hours before the procedure so of course she had breakfast!! They were able to move her to te last spot of the day and still did her surgery around 5;30.

Today - great coached swim workout. Took mom back to Mass Eye and Ear for her follow-up appointment and so far she is pleased with the results. She is spending the night with us again and I've been trying to help her get used to putting all the eye drops in her eye. Not easy but she will be prepared for round 2 in June when she has the other eye done!!

PBJ - I'm registered for MCM as well, but until I get the results of my bone density scan my running is a big ??

    Night all!!

4.3 miles tonight. I wanted to do 3.1, but I felt too good to stop. A combination of 70 miles in 3 1/2 weeks plus losing 10 pounds makes running so much easier even though it was as hot as balls. I am at my lightest weight in over a year now.

      Personal Bests:

      800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)

4 miles tonight. first run since my race on Saturday. no soreness and tonight's run actually felt easier - like my stride felt smoother and more fluid - than it usually does.

I'm already itching to go run around that lake again.   and not itching like poison oak itching, although there was plenty of that out there!

Deez, sounds like you're having the same problem Leslie was having earlier. She starts by changing the font to boldface, and then it lets her type. She can probably elaborate on that...

Sometimes it happens to me.  If I click on bold or italic, the cursor appears for entry and then if I click the bold or italic again, it is turned off but I can still type. It used to only happen on my tablet but now it happens on my laptop too (but not all the time.)

If you haven't done so already, one of you should post a description of this problem to the technical support forum so Eric is aware of it.

              Be safe. Be kind.
