          I took last week completely off. Marathon training for Boston begins this week.  We're on a cruise vacation this week. So, I'll be running a lot of laps on the cruise ship deck. All easy mileage building this week plus some extra miles for the running game. Speed work will be starting next week.

          T - 10 miles (50 laps) while sailing into Cozumel

          W - 10 miles (50 laps)

          Th - 10 miles (50 laps) in the rain while sailing into Jamaica

          F - 10 miles (50 laps)

              Thanks Holly!  After hitting 40 miles last week and 46, this week, I figured I'd jump back in here.  I still don't have any plan but kind of training as if I have a marathon in February or early March.  Anyway, this is what I did this week...
