Ribs--I can speak to the very impressive technicolor decoration you can acquire after a catheterization.  And I had both sides for mine.  Great that you have had such immediate results!

Not that I've had much time to run, but now I can't even if I wanted.  I've had what I think is AT tendonitis and some joint inflammation in a couple of toes that I think are unrelated, but have me walking a bit like Festus.  I'm sure a week of walking in work boots has helped dramatically.  Oh Well, icing today and we'll see if I can get it feeling better before I leave again on Tuesday.
