I remember the pain I had when I got that high hamstring...boy did sitting hurt!  You've done a lot more running through it than me...your one tough hombre!

 

Ordered the TENS unit today.  Hoping it will help give some relief until after race.  Sitting is just downright uncomfortable right now, especially in my car.

2.6 miles...30 minutes...warm as all get out at 5:15 pm.  Severe t-storms last night kept me up most the night...but I've lived here long enough that I didn't even get out of bed to see what was going on..I could tell from the sounds, high winds, massive hail, terrible (and to freaking close for comfort) lightening.  Sigh....the price we pay for little or no snow
