Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks Holly!!!

Thanks Holly! Here's my plan for the week...
9 (6 Strength)
12 (10 Tempo)
10 Easy
19.5 miles on the treadmill? You poor guy. 10 almost killed me, today.
I will be doing 14 shortly...
I'm so thankful I only have to do 8. Have fun!
19.5 TM miles almost killed me. Not having a snowblower is going to finish off the job. More than a foot since Friday night, and it’s still coming down.
Holly - Yes, I reached my goal of not puking at Ron Daws. I ran a 25k PR, and a course PR by almost 4 minutes. 2nd AG out of 14. HermosaBoy was 1st AG easily. If MikeE had run with us, we would’ve swept the podium (and I’d have been 3rd AG).
Thank you, Holly!

You three are just amazing runners!
How can you live in Minnesota and NOT have a snowblower?
Those two are amazing. I just happen to live in the same state.
I'm also the guy who ran 19.5 miles on the treadmill. I have a habit of doing things the hard way!
