October's monthly summary is posted in the Oct topic.
Time to post those hard-earned and masterly-run November miles, race results and running achievements!
You ran, walked, cycled and swam 'em, let's hear about 'em.

127.7 miles for November
1238.6 YTD
I don't think I'll catch the 1500 mile bunny this year but I'll be close!
Thanks for doing the calculations every month Milktruck.
Thanks, Milktruck.
48.8 run
138.9 ride
Yeah, that's the month, not the week.
Be safe. Be kind.

181 miles - the highest since May. Includes the Moab Trail Marathon at the beginning of the month.
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.
141 miles for the month. Seriously thought about stopping the last run two miles sooner to leave me on a prime, but I wanted to make up distance on the pace bunny. I had thought that my YTD 1349 might be prime, but it wasn’t. The 151 I have left to hit my target for the year is prime though.
Two 10K races in November. The first one was hot, humid and a quarter mile short. Won the 60+ AG easily as I was the only one old enough. The second one a week later was cool, dry and the right distance but is a much bigger race. This was on my 63rd birthday and I improved my PR by 63 seconds to 53:28 which was only good for 10/23 in the M60-64 AG and 249/1034 overall.
Started running at age 60.
AG 60-64 PR - 5K 25:45, 10K 53:28, HM 1:57:39, Marathon 4:32:09
AG 65-69 PR - 5K 26:11, HM 2:02:39, Marathon 5:04:47
Upcoming race: Contraband 5 miler 5/4/24
Thanks for the thread & summaries milktruck.
For November: 195 miles running
with 1 half marathon.

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Thanks Milktruck!!
151 miles for November, 1914.5 YTD. 1st in AG win for 1/2 marathon on 12th and 2nd in AG for 10K Turkeytrot.
Not sure what happened on the monthly mileage...

Thanks milktruck!
I had a good November. I placed 1st in my age group at Richmond by getting very close to the 3 hour mark. PLUS--I got to meet and spend time with Tramps and TriBee as well as meeting Falconfixer. It's always a good month when you can meet some RA Masters!
NOV: 101 miles
YTD: 1920 miles
Trails are hard!
31.8 miles to keep the average down a bit. I did have a meetup, but not a race, with Jay, Marj, and henry. Worth the lack of racing.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
131.3 miles for Nov. No races.
1978.89 YTD. Looks like this week, barring injury, I will cross 2,000 miles for the year. I've already PR'd in annual distance (not hard to do in only my 2nd full year of running), and that 2K mark seems like a special one.
