bob hearn is just about done and he's been running an amazingly consistent race! Started at a 6:53 pace and now at a 6:38 pace. whooo!!

Thank so much Tammy. I've refreshed this a few times to see your updates.

A couple of our runners look like they didn't have the day they wanted and trained for. It will be real interesting to see how they tell about their race, especially when it looked like IRC out there today.

But not PDR, wow, that's an excellent time for her! Well done!
