Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
Thanks for this thread, Milktruck! June was a good month of running for my mariposa wings. June: 125 miles; YTD: 821. I ran a marathon in Cork, Ireland. Here is wishing many happy miles in July to all.

151.1 for June, which is my 2nd lowest for the year but fine, considering I tapered and recovered from the marathon. 974.4 for the year counting today.
Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth
Trails are hard!
A decent number of runs for the month, but it takes a lot of 3.1's to add up the miles. Hence a whopping 54.6 miles for the month.
Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.
49.5
Be safe. Be kind.
Thanks for the thread & last months summaries milktruck.

+ 99 on the bike, and 3.4 swimming.
Major achievement would be longest swim ever (3000 yds), and my lava pants assisted fastest long swim of 2500 yds.

Thanks Milktruck for keeping this forum going. Much appreciated!
106.2 miles for June
599.1 YTD
Even creepier is that we did the same miles last month also.
304.4 miles in June. very happy to finally get to 300, first time this year. one thing that definitely helped was: no races. taper and recovery take a huge toll on mileage
