How long does it usually take to recover from a marathon?

Shamrock marathon March 2016. Burlington full or relay if I can find a partner May 2016. Wine and Dine half Nov. And a tri or two thrown in just for the hell of it.

We have family upstate, close to Corning, one of this years I'll come up that way too for the Wineglass.. but before that see you in Boston!!
