Hey - I haven't started one of these in a long time.
Good to see avenger doggie. My rescue dog Sophie likes to pull silverware out of the dishwasher. Her record is 16 knives, forks and spoons in one prewash session.
Did 10 miles on the TM while watching The Town in the cardio cinema. Ben Affleck and Adam Sandler - separated at birth?

5 easy-paced miles for me on the TM because I didn't feel like suiting up....
