Holly, thanks so much for doing this! You are awesome! And Twocat, thank you very much for the Word macro! I've lurked here for quite a bit. You guys are amazing with your workouts. Usually I'm intimidated to do stuff like this, but would like to try joining this fine group and see how it goes. I'm sick at the moment, so I may need a free pass this very first week! It's week 4 of Boston training for me, a stepback week. So I hope by cutting back on the miles a bit, and rearranging my schedule so that I take my easier runs early on in the week, along with the antibiotics I started taking on Monday, that by the weekend I'll be good to go again. That's the plan anyway. Smile

40+ miles! I'm still in the club! Started the week sick, ended the week sick. With a big week coming up, it will remain to be seen if training through a sickness is worth it or not.

BTB - I just noticed how your avatar so closely resembles your hairdo in your recent race report... Big grin

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

hmmm, coincidence? Wink And BTW, in case you didn't know it, that guy is a cartoon character on the Simpsons, and his name is "Sideshow Bob". So choosing him as my new avatar was very appropriate in both appearance and name, and probably personality too.
