Let's tally our total miles! I'm finally back over 100 miles for the month of July and did lots of cross-training on our beach (pictured above). I may have logged 100,000+ steps to and from the water's edge with buckets for the moats my kids built all month long!

Yep, evanflein, I run there at least once a week year round-- see how there's not much slope? Makes for a huge difference between high and low tide water marks. Lots of good, hardpacked sand on which to run.
