You sure do have a busy schedule..
Mon: 10 miles w/ 6 miles @ MP-10 sec - 11.0 miles including 6.0 miles @ 7:15 pace. legs feeling very good.
Tues: 0-6 miles (DIL USCG is returing from a deployment) - managed to get in 3.0 miles before going to meet the ship and welcome DIL home.
Wed: 5-6 miles - 10.0 miles with 7 miles @ 8:00 pace
Thurs: 13 miles w/ 10 miles @ MP - 13.0 miles including 10.0 miles @ 7:24 pace and overall 7:35 pace.
Fri: 5-6 miles 7.0 miles recovery pace
Sat: 11-13 miles - AM 7.0 miles including one long hill and 3 miles MP, cut run short due to a family engagement. PM 3.0 miles recovery
Sun: 11-13 miles - 16.0 miles including 2 long hills and many rolling hills with the first 3 miles @ 8:26 pace - legs felt so bad I thought about stopping and walking home. Decided to speed up instead and legs felt great - next 12 miles @ 7:38 pace. Beautiful day for running here.
total: 71 miles (weekly pace PR) second in three weeks. legs getting stronger and that equates to SPEED.
