              For the 2nd time in 2018, ran over 40 miles in a week - 41.6 this past week.

               

              I am just running with no goals. The only standards I have set for myself is run 5-6 days per week, my minimum distance run being 6 miles. Also 1 long run >10 miles. I have no races planned at this time.

                finally did my summer run on Saturday:

                Amundsen trail to ocean and back. but no swim,

                the water is still cold
