I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

Peter has severe osteoporosis, although not as bad as it would be if he did not run. Femur breaks are uncommon, but Peter is at increased risk for them.

My "spring" racing season is finally over. This summer I'm focusing on 1 mile speed (at the Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessions). I'll probably start my fall racing season on August 8th with the 5K and 1Mi double at Smyrna Parks. I may even go for the triple and run the After Dark 8K that night. We'll see.
After Dark 8K
This is a different direction from Smyrna and a much longer drive, correct?
But I am intrigued.
