I feel great!! Monday/Tuesday my upper quad's were a little sore. Yesterday I felt fine although I didn't run due to scheduling issues and over sleeping, and so far today's I've done 4 miles like nothing every happened! and my shorts left wounds on my back and they have scabbed up and are itchy. haha AND I have a slightly discolored toe for the first time ever - VERY COOL!!!
