* Five of eight teams were 100% in the green. Top teams were Kicking Asphalt and Warped Speed at 100%.
* One runner was over 200% to weekly mileage goal. Seven runners were between 150% and 200%.
* One team runner posted a zero week and is eligible for IR. Requests should be made through team captains.
* Apologies on the late notice of this but Congrats to ch17 (BTLY) for passing their annual goal of 2350 miles and Karen M (individual) for passing their annual goal of 2021 miles.
* Kudos to PaulVB (MS) for placing second in his age group at the Monster Mile with a time of 6:51. Speedy!
