North Face 50k today .... pouring rain again, and a mud fest on occassion. It actually did stop for a bit. It was cold and blustery at times, but other than freezing at the start not to be overdressed it went well. Report perhaps to follow:

Nothing...tomorrow is California Marathon in Sacramento. I am on a relay team but the second leg and running partner is third leg. So planning on running to the finish to get in our 20 run. I usually run this but I waited too long and it filled up. Wish I hadn't agreed to the relay...rather run in the woods.
QOTD: The one that has "chestnuts nuts roasting on an open fire, jack frost nipping at your nose" or at least thatsd the one that is always in my head and I bust out signing.

I rested Saturday. Made Apple pie Liqueur, and went to a Crab feed at the Portuguese Hall.
I like the Mannheim steamroller versions of the classics. We celebrate Christmas, and enjoy going to my wife's bosses house for one night of Hanukkah.
My Favorite Hannukkah song is the one by Adam Sandler...
We don't sweat the religion since Christmas is a Christian holiday to recruit Pagan folk in the Dark ages...Love the symbolism and Spirit of Chrismas.
