I am supposed to run every other day per my chiro, increasing 10% a week. We will see what coach thinks starting next week
Did 10 mi before work this morning. Soaked in sweat from head to toe when I was finished (enough said about the local weather).

qotd: we're living in an apartment over here and our 22 year old DD is living in our house back home with her BF, dog and cat. I figure I'll have lots and lots of 'projects' when I get back... ;-) .
