No run this morning. Stayed in bed but I will get in something short tonight. I have been feeling real sluggish lately like some of you are describing. It could be anything.
I remember the wager. I thought it was $1000 not $100 though.
QOTD: Maybe a 50k in November.
Have a great evening.
My favorite day of the week is RUNday
running under the BigSky
You're devious, taking advantage of these older injured guys.

MT: You are too politically correct for a law enforcement officer!
Jamie: I wonder if this feeling many of us are having has anything to do
atmospheric pressure, sometimes I notice difficulty just walking up
stairs at work, other times I bound up like its nothing.

Jon is it wrong that I was actually thinking this morning that I might run more miles than AT and XT this month due to their injuries?
So you woke up thinking about XT and I.
“Paralysis-to-50k” training plan is underway!
a couple of months ago (I think Queen has the exact date) AT and XT challenged Queen and I to a mileage race for the month of July. AT and XT's total mileage against ours. I can't remember if it was a $100 a piece or together. Either way Queen and I accepted the challenge.
It was a Tuesday, right?
Don't worry I have the money all ready.
Hahahahaha. Well done, sir. I have to say.
