Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me some pointers. Currently running 40-50mpw. Long run is 15 and will build to 30 by Oct. Most running is at a comfortable 8 - 10 min/mile. Trail marathon planned for Oct 08. Then 55 mile ultra (the Thames Meander) in Feb 09 before building to a 24hr track ultra in Oct 09. Currently losing weight - but a lot still to go. (See goals below for details!) Any tips on what my mileage should build to, how it should be made up, and if I should go beyond 30 miles (every other week) as a long run. Cheers Purdey.
