Notes

I wasn't sure if I wanted to do a workout of any kind today due to the cold temperatures but decided that I hadn't done anything really meaningful in a while and needed to get back in the habit of at least once-weekly workouts. I had originally thought to do the same 2x3mi tempo that I did a couple weeks back but decided to just go for the full 6 all at once and see what happened.

I got out a little more slowly than I would have liked but I think that's due to being weak and not used to doing the squats and calf raises. The pace overall was good and the variation was mostly due to terrain. Pretty happy with this effort.
