Notes
This week is going into the dumpster. I didn't exactly treat my body like I would have liked to before a long run yesterday and I think that attempting to run 16+ miles in the heat would be more than counter-productive than anything else.
I agreed to run 7 days this week "with" Dan, so hopefully that will provide just that extra little motivation that I need to get out the door in the morning/afternoon/evening. I'm also considering running directly after work, which should be a bit easier than trying to shove it all in the morning.
