Didn't work very hard at all on the way out (19:50 ish for the first half) but then I guess I just loosened up because I picked up the pace without a notable increase in effort. I feel really good about how this run went, and I am feeling pretty darn good about this week as far as training goes. I did suffer some nasty chaffing on my thighs though. Must be the negative effect of having massive quad muscles...
