This workout is always tough but I'm very consistent on the 3k's, which I can't complain about. I don't know how long it will take to get this up to 3x3k, as this workout is still feeling pretty tough. I was a bit more tired than usual, so perhaps if I was well rested I could pound out 1-2k more in a third repeat.
