Notes

The outside of my shins are really super tight; I think it has to do with the way that I run in my flats on the track, because they felt this way when I last tried to run 1000's on the track. Also, I did this work-out to prove to myself that I could probably run a sub 18:00 5k on the track and to remind my legs of what it feels like to go that fast again.
