4 easy, 13 at M pace, and 2 easy. I was shooting for 6:04's but couldn't quite keep it up and fell back to ~6:20's towards the end but managed to throw down 1:20:20 for the 13 mile M portion. Will have to get rid of the shoes, though. I got a nasty blister on my left foot.
