Felt very well recovered from the weekend's runs. The weather was pretty cold (~32 degrees) and I may have to start wearing a hat, gloves, and a long sleeve under my running jacket soon. I am delaying wearing tights as long as possible, though.
The earth seemed to move with me. I found a new source of power and beauty, a source I never knew existed.
