Lovely run. Very windy and as per usual, in Vermont, the wind was in my face in both directions.
Goal for tomorrow: since winning will likely be too easy, I am looking to run not just the fastest, but the two fastest 5k times tomorrow; I intend for each 5k split of my 10k to be fast enough to beat the fastest 5k runner.
